Our officers have 30 years of experience in residential appraisals, 20 years in real estate brokerage and lending and 15 years in tax consulting. We were founded in southern California and have seen the nationwide market cycles that are so important in determining market conditions. All of our appraisers are USPAP compliant and we strictly enforce appraiser independence regulations. We investigate and confirm license status and E&O insurance for every appraiser as well as FHA qualifications. We have a rigorous review process to ensure your report meets your expectations.
